Court frees property of Railways company (Daily Nation)

A court on Monday freed properties belonging to the Kenya Railways Staff Retirement Benefit Scheme, bringing relief to 10,000 retirees whose pension comes from revenues generated from the properties.

All Kenya Railways properties had been placed under an injunction as Edermann Property, a construction firm, sought to recover a debt of Sh26 billion from the railways company...
