Zimbabwe withdraws commuter services

National Railways of Zimbabwe has withdrawn commuter trains serving Bulawayo and Harare. These were introduced when fuel shortages severely limited road public transport, but NRZ is short of motive power and locos were tied up working near-empty trains.
