I can't find this online but in the print edition of the Daily Nation on Wednesday 18th Juy 2018, p 11, there is an article entitled Ambitious project to decongest city centre
The government is set to construct an overpass to link Enterprise Road to Nairobi Central Business District (CBD) in a bid to decongest the city...
The overpass... will fly over the Railway yard at the Nairobi Central Railway Station...
