Yes they did it again.
About 263 steel sleepers where stolen from the Cullinan branch line. Here waymen are repairing the damage with concrete sleepers, on Sun, December 5.
Has the speed restriction been lifted?

But, If it only costs about R1000 / km, I'm up for that! Km for km it can be done!
