Looking for informations re: 19E, 20E

Post by Oliver Krapp »

I'm currently trying to put together a list of South African Diesel and electric locos with some technical data etc., and I found no information online yet about:

Class 19E
- Wheelbase total
- Wheelbase bogies

Class 20E
- Length
- Wheelbase total
- Wheelbase bogies
- Wheel diameter
- Power output
- Tractive effort

Class 43-000
- Wheelbase total
- Wheelbase bogies

Any help will be highly appreciated! :-)

I think it is this what you're looking for:

Class 19E
and again Class 19E
Class 19E

Some information about the Class 20E:
Class 20E

That's the best about the Class 20E I've found:

Class 20E

and Class 43-000

Class 43-000

The information about the Class 20E is really not the best.
But I hope these links will help you with some datas.

Thanks.

But I already stole quite a lot of data from Wikipedia, and what I wrote is what is missing there. Unfortunately, none of the links provides the missing parts...
