South Africa's Richards Bay Coal Terminal (RBCT) could experience delays should the recent force majeure at rail lines serving the terminal continue, sources said Feb. 4. The force majeure, which was declared on Feb. 2, was initially thought to have a limited impact on coal loadings at the terminal, with sources reporting the current vessel queue as being just a single ship.
