Regarding a Sudanese Loco (Pic Link in the post)

G'day from Australia!

I'm a volunteer at my local rail museum in Western Australia, and we have a class of steam locomotives (U Class) 14 were bought from a batch of 40ish 4-6-2 Pacific's headed for Sudan. Now, for those interested here are the images of the two that reside here in W.A. One remains in it's near original state, while the other is in a heavily modified form (Namely a 4-8-4 Tank.) Further looking through the Sudan section has brought up pictures with The or a very similar class of locomotive.
