- Coupled up amd creating vacuum, the two locomotives are ready to haul the freshly serviced coaches, for the charter group, out of Rovos yard, and onto the platform line. Soon the guests will be on board and enjoying the luxuries of Rovos train travel

- "Right away", and the double header 19D and 25NC combination depart into the proverbial sunset, with a a late Rovos charter train to Mafeking (sic). The steam will work only as far as Centurion station, but is up grade all the way.
