Dolly and the pile of coal

Post by John Ashworth »

An unusual place to find a dead Dolly standing on a quiet Sunday afternoon at Capital Park.

Withdrawn Rovos Rail 19D no 2702 stands next to the coal pile waiting to have her bunker emptied.

She has been withdrawn from service, leaving only 3360 as a runner. The new 25NC was lit up for the first time last night to test today for steam leaks.
