9E's at Saldanha Day 1

Post by Stefan Andrzejewski »

With the line re-opened there was plenty of activity at Saldanha Loco Depot with the great 9E's taking centre stage. Saturday was very overcast and not at all conducive for photography. I went back on Sunday afternoon when the sun was at my back with great results.

Nice pictures Stefan.
The 9E's seem very brawny to me.

Brawny is a good way of describing them, Andreas. They look robust, businesslike, industrial, brawny...
