6E1's Cape Town
With Shos Meyl a non event at present. Spotting passenger trains leaving Cape Town is something of a rarity. Here 6E1 1567 and partner depart with Rovos Rail.

There is really no pride left, it is a disgrace that such dirty engines should head a train as Rovos, drivers should refuse to work in dirty loco's or their unions should do something for their members from their position

You are right. If the outside looks like that, How effective is the inside. (Motors, Blowers etc)

Fanie we were working on the Class 24 on Saturday. This was the Main Line Train to leave. It is about 20 metres from where we were. As Dylan says join us, come and work, talk about trains and have some fun.

Re: 6E1's Cape Town
Dylan and Stefan, it would be nice to join. Only problem is I work many weekends due to shifts so I wont be able to attend meetings a lot. Will it be ok if I dont pitch often or how does it work?
