3117 - new footplate kit

John Ashworth donates a set of footplate kit, painted to match 3117's number plate, to FOTR on the morning of her first steaming. John Dadford receives it on behalf of the club.

The old bugger wouldn't stand still long enough for me to slap the red paint on them...
