Denmark - H.V. 3 in Odense 2006
Today I show some pictures I took of the H.V. 3 - built by Henschel & Sohn during the event at the Odense Railway museum.
I ask a friend about the theme that year and he told me it was called "German Locomotives in Denmark"

Oh wow.. what a beaut. Excellent pics. But, there are some very interesting things behind it too.. esp in the face to face pic on the right hand side... looks like a steeple cab.. or a really small diesel. The loco next to that is also interesting looking. Any other pics taken there Andreas??
Not quite on the rails.

I'm glad you like the pictures I posted from Odense.
Yes, there are some more pictures of that event and I will post them from time to time. Unfortunately I don't have taken pictures of all steam engines when they where on the turntable. But I took photos of the engines when they where displayed at the depot.
@John: I saw all your pictures you took when you where there and I find them really interesting. I didn't take lot of photos inside of the museum.
By the way just a question.
Are you also interested in photos of electric and diesel engines and photos of trains in the nature and in other parts of Denmark?
The same question for the German part.
Andreas

Thanks, Andreas.
To answer your question, we started as a South African forum, probably with slightly more of a bias towards steam than modern traction (not all the Site Administrators would agree with that statement! Kevin?!) but we've very quickly developed into an international site with a wide range of interests in all aspects of railways on all continents. So I think you'll find that any pictures you have of anything to do with railways, anywhere, will be much appreciated by at least some of our forum members.
