The building on the first picture - where is it and what was / is it?

The pictures of all the coaches look interesting.

Actually its the very old Johannesburg station. It was used at Esselen Park if I remember right and subsequently ended up in Newtown where I beleiev it was intended to form part of a possible railway museum.
Not quite on the rails.
