A derailment involving 18 acid tankers occurred between Otavi and Otjiwarongo on the 25th July 2021 at 21h47. A total of 7 loaded tankers derailed but did not capsize and a total of 11 tankers capsized. No injuries occurred but spillage from two of the tankers was detected...
