Just some memories of a dearly departed railway, the N.S.W.G.R.
1. Actually the early days of the P.T.C. and Shirleys Opera House trains, October 1973.
2. Nos 6018 + 6037 Hawkmount, October 1972, during the fuel crisis on 443 (so read 643) goods, a normal diesel roster.
3. Nos 176 + 3616 in the mist on Whittingham bank. One of the vintage train's and 3616's last runs, April 1972.
4. No 5408 on the 258 pick-up near Awaba, during the fuel crisis (4305 had been rostered but failed), October 1972.
