Kenya steam volunteer visits South Africa

Post by John Ashworth »

A delegation from the Kenya steam team was scheduled to visit South Africa at the end of February 2015 to see how steam excursions run in South Africa. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the main delegation was unable to travel, but British volunteers Stuart Tait and John Ashworth came anyway. Here, Stuart stands in front of 15CA 2850 at Capital Park on Monday 2nd March. Two days earlier he had helped us to move the cab into its current position. Photo by John Ashworth.
