End-of-Train Telemetry for Indian Railways
Traditionally in general operations, the Indian Railways make use of a Guards Van and Guards, with two-way radios to inform the train driver of the air brake pressure at the last railcar. This is done to confirm that the braking system is charged and operating correctly.
