In vollen Zügen is "The magazine for creative railway photography" - and don't worry, it is bilingual, in both English and German. It has some interesting "creative" photos - ie not just "front 3/4 view of loco with all lineside vegetation previously cut down to provide perfect photo" - both modern traction and steam. For those who like to be titillated, scroll down far enough and you'll find a whole section of people kissing goodbye at railway stations.
It will open in your browser, but if you try to download it be warned that it is a huge file - 17 MB.
