FOTR encounters a book

Post by John Ashworth »

FOTR personnel are noted more for their prowess with steam locomotives than with books. However FOTR member John Ashworth has just written one. Unfortunately it is about Sudan and has no mention of trains whatsoever.

The first photo shows FOTR Chairman Nathan Berelowitz receiving a signed copy which can be used by other FOTR members to find out what John does in his spare time when not working on steam locos.

The second shows Nathan and Uncle Cliff looking at the pictures in the book.

Pretoria, 8th September 2014.

PS: If anyone would like to read it and can't persuade Nathan to lend them the free copy, it's called "The Voice of the Voiceless: The Role of the Church in the Sudanese Civil War 1983-2005" and can be ordered from the publisher's website http://www.paulinesafrica.org
