Cullinan stolen sleepers

Yes they did it again.
About 263 steel sleepers where stolen from the Cullinan branch line. Here waymen are repairing the damage with concrete sleepers, on Sun, December 5.
Has the speed restriction been lifted?
Stupid people...

Correction - the photos were taken on Sat, Dec 4, 2010...
