Health Train
Two 35's seen hauling 10 coach Health Train between Botriver and Caledon. Will stage at Botriver until 1 May and then head to Elgin 2 May where it will stage for a week as well. Makes a nice change to the freight only trains we always see.

The health train will be visiting Natal in June, and will be staging over at Inchanga for a few days.

To keep loading speeds up, and avoid slow connections being bogged down by unexpected pics, this sub-forum is for news and discussions only. It does not accept pics. Pics should be uploaded to the appropriate gallery sub-forum under the heading "South Africa - Photo Gallery" at http://www.friendsoftherail.com/phpBB2/ ... m.php?f=14

Re: Health Train
Correct, hence lack of photos even if some were taken. Question? Where do I place photos of a steam tug?

Re: Health Train
Dylan, I am sure we can add a new sub-forum for other forms of transport such as tugs! Do we also need one for ox-wagons? (smile).

Re: Health Train
There is a section on the forum called "Other Steam Devices and Mechanical Machines and Objects! " I am sure a few steam tugs would brighten that area up. I know I have lots of pics of steam rollers and odd goodies that could end up there too.
