Drat, my likkle heart went Kerthud-blup-ting when I saw "Susan in the old days". I used to work at Germiston telecomms depot in 1985/6 and she was the pilot loco there and I used to pass her every morning and afternoon on my way to work where she sat at the end of the platform. And, today I kick myself for never taking any pics!!!!

I know how you feel Derek. When I was in the SA Air Force I passed through De Aar on many occasion with the Milk Train to Cape Town. I should have reeled off the photos.
