Annual General Meeting, 2015.

Please find attached a Notice of the Friends of the Rail Association’s 2015 Annual General Meeting of its members. This meeting is to be held at the FOTR Depot, Miechaelson Street, Hermanstad, Pretoria on 23rd May 2015 at 14:30.

Documents and other items, including “Nomination Form” and “Form of Proxy” related thereto are also attached. A final agenda will be complied and mailed to members together with 2014 audited financial statements before the meeting.

Please note that all Nominations to the Board are required to be returned duly completed on or before 25th April 2105. Do not forget.

Attached is a reminder of the FOTR Annual General Meeting to be held at Hermanstad Pretoria on Saturday 23 May 2015 at 13:30. At this meeting I intend to propose a change in the Constitution as explained in that letter.
