Indeed. But, it also looks like a normal nice day in Brussels. I have never seen it otherwise strangely enough. If the sun cam out in Brussels everyone would be lost and agrophobic!

Sounds a bit like Scotland. If you can see Ben Nevis, it's going to rain. If you can't see Ben Nevis, it's raining already.
