Part of a state railway - probably a one off used in the palace grounds or for a child to amuse himself!

Someone should do a book on all the odd railways that were used by the "rich" in Indiia.

Someone I know spent the night at a guest house in the the North that was an old palace, and very run down - he said there were 2 narrow gauge sateam engines rushing in a shed along with old 1920's cars...
