The other big boy in Cheyenne Wyoming

While the Union Pacific Big Boy 4-8-8-4 selected for reactivation is safely secured in the Cheyenne Shops, in the park is another of these massive locomotives fenced off in a City park but looking in reasonable condition with most parts still attached.
