Driver Ted sits exhiliarated after his high speed journey in the cab of the SNCF electric unit. Ted was on one of his early overseas jaunts, and has been spotted in the cab of FOTR locomotives as well!

But in South Africa isn't he only Fireman Ted? Has he been promoted to Driver Ted, or are standards for drivers not as strict in France? Especially high speed electric drivers?
