If you need exercise, come down to the site. Lifting, shovelling, climbing, ..... even pull-ups!

Amaaazing! See the strongest railway ,man in the land. Watch as he picks up a complete coal stage fully loaded, whilst a locomotive trundles between his legs! Amazing! Come one, come all, and you too could meet the "Strong one!"
