There seems to be a lot of support for the "picture of the month" title for July 2009 to go to Chris Janisch's superb shot of FOTR's 19D 2650 thundering up the grade at Pyramid South on 26th July hauling ten vehicles, driven by Cliff Petzer and fired by John Ashworth.

Fanie Kleynhans's unique shot of a sparking pantograph must surely get an honorable mention too.
