I found just some pictures I took in 2005 in the Technik Museum in Berlin. Because I am not really happy about the pictures because they are poor quality I already deleted them from my hdd but I found a disc where I had a copy of the pictures.
I decided to show them to you because I think you're happy about all pictures of South African locos you can see.
So, I'm really sorry about the poor quality. The space to take pictures of the loco in the museum wasn't really much, the light was wrong and I did the photos without a tripod and so they are also not really sharp.
I hope that you have a little bit fun to see this pictures.

I am curious, how and why did that piece of South African rail heritage end up in Germany?
Not quite on the rails.

Maybe because the loco was built in Germany?
I had just a view at the website of the Technik Museum and found there a pdf. This is the link to the pdf: Unsere Eisenbahnfahrzeuge
It is only in German and I didn't find an English version.
So, there they mention the loco as
Vehicle approval number: 78 SAR
Year of construction: 1929
Manufacturer, Place: Hanomag, Hannover-Linden
Production number: 10630
Notes: Gauge 610 mm, signposted as 83 SAR
Derek, I hope I could satisfy your curiosity.
