I have been seeing these pop up and down on BOB, and now have the answer.

They are ripping off LIMA and Lifelike models and making moulds of them. Highly illegal and should be reported to Bid or Buy and the Hornby group, also Redipak, the SA agents.

There are also one or two others doing this in SA.
