2 are for the crane itself, making up the crane plus small cars at either end. The remaining cards make up....

An interesting little kit, and another one I am toying with doing. I have never seen a picture of one made up, but it looks like it would make a nice little model. The profile picture at the bottom of the cover card below, shows the resulting rake.
