Can you identify these locos?

Can you identify these locos?

Hi all,
Here is a pic of a pair of class 25NC's taken on August 6th 2007 beneath the Beaconsfield coal ramp. I know the Garrat is a former NRZ 15A (no. 398) and was sestined for New Zealand, but can anyone ID the Class 25's and tell me what their fate was?

Can you supply numbers, as most were scrapped.
