Chris Janisch reports that (as at 13 May 2009), Liesel Hagen has taken over the role of Membership Secretary. "To this end", Chris says, "she will be contacting each and every one of you to update membership details, and find out where you could best contribute to the club. There is so much to do and so few hands, and we believe there is always something that each member can do. Please assist her in her work."
Chris adds that Liesel has also introduced "lend-a-hand" weekends. "I am attaching an outlining document. Let's get this initiative off to a good start!"
Please join me, Steve A, in thanking Chris for the dilligent and hard work he has put into this role 'till now. He did it willingly despite the fact that it added pressure to the other major role he had as FOTR Secretary and the huge new one he has now acquired, as acting Chairman of HRASA.

Yep, and, part time, he is a Veterinary surgeon too! Oh, and I almost forgot, a railway photographer.

Thank you young Chris. More time for estate, which I know is bit neglected - some of the horse jumps were looking a bit tatty last time was there and I know that the ornamental rose garden could also do with attention!
Liesel - all the best!
