Re: SA Railnews blog
Looks good, Craig. Bright, positive and forward-looking, unlike much of what we get from the rail enthusiast community in South Africa. Well done.
I see you've already referred to the FOTR forum and given a link. I see no objection to your utilising material from our forum providing you cite us as the source.

Re: SA Railnews blog
Thanks John for the positive reply.
Had been hoping for a while that somebody would start a webpage with the current scene and news (non steam).
Hopefully it will get better with the new generation of railfans and SA will start to catch up with Europe/USA/Japan etc.
Cheers
Craig

Well done Craig! Looks very good.
As John indicated feel free to use credited text from here, but please ask the author before using any photos - at the moment photos from the FOTR Forum are turning up all over the place - and in some cases other people (i.e. other then the original photographer) are being credited with them, which is now starting to become an issue.

Re: SA Railnews blog
people using a pictures and various other images is a common problem and is not an easy thing to solve.
The blog will always give credit and has done from the very first posting.
Hopefully the blog will gather followers who will contribute and make news of the modern scene available to all!

Re: SA Railnews blog
Got a nice scoop from Metrorail, this information is available on the SA Rail news blog. The news will break soon in the national media. Not sure when it will break as they are still sorting out branding issues.
