See you there.
Dear Friends of the Rail,
Lend a Hand for this month will be held on Sat 13th March only, at Capital Park.
We will tackle two very important tasks, one being the emptying and sorting of the BEER WAGON. And the other task, (under the direction of Robert Dadford) is to start the restoration work on our 15 CA LOCOMOTIVE.
Dress very casual; overalls are more practical, if you happen to have them at home. No open sandals are permitted and sturdy shoes are required, preferably safety shoes. Hats, caps, and sun block are recommended.
Arrive at 8:00am and report to the Board Member in charge.
Fill in the Log Book.
Tea and coffee will be available and is self-service from the Blue Coach.
For the Shed Braai at 12:00 noon, Please bring your own meat and drinks. We will provide the braai, salad and rolls as well as paper cups, plates, cutlery etc.
Please contact the Board Member in charge LIESEL HAGEN (082 076 8872) for catering, maps, work update and any other information you may need.
Many hands make light work!
Regards
Liesel Hagen
