Steam locos in George

Post by Andreas Umnus »

So, one day was a lot traffic at the station and depot of George. I assume that was the day when the Union Limited was there. It was in 1995 as I visited George to have a ride on the Outeniqua Tjoe Choo but before the train left, I walked around at the station and the depot and took some pictures of the locos I saw there.
Unfortunately I don't have the numbers of all locos but I assume here are so many experts which can help.

Therefore I post some pictures here because they have nothing to do with the Outeniqua Tjoe Choo.
If I'm wrong please place this posting to the correct part of the forum.
A view from the station to the depot. There are three locos in the depot. One of them is a garrett.
