The uk.railway newsgroup gives a link to a photo of the following:

At an island in the middle of Gdansk in Poland there's a bombed and preserved area with demolished brick houses, tracks and a number of those small turnables for individual wagons.

The main site (here) seems to be a railway site - not sure what language it's in.
