Restoration of 15CA number 2850

With the 15F 3117 restoration nearing completion, with sufficient
funds in the FOTR 15CA account, and in anticipation of the next major
restoration project, FOTR's board last week approved the ordering of
a set of new small tubes for 2850. No date can be set for when the
loco will run again because lots more money and time will be needed
to complete the project.
