Which steam locos were not scrapped here or left behind by the scrap dealers?

I understand some were not scrapped.

Who owns these locomotives?
Why were they not scrapped?
What now?

Apparently about 6 were left-they were supposed to be the best locos but as usual with scrappers they cut these up and left the rubbish. Apparently what is left is only worth scrapping too. There is a CA stuck to the rails near the old coalstage and the rest are Fs. I will try to get their numbers. The cab of 3116 lies near the RS shed.
