Re: Lima trainset catalogue
Hi,
For Al Brough (or any one else interested). I have a Lima Metroblitz which I'm looking to sell. I'm currently in the UK and have listed it on www.ebay.co.uk. I'm happy to ship to SA. The listing is on this url:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 0823434871
It was bought from new at Reggies in Pietermaritzburg in early 80's saw a little use over 2/3 years and has been in my attic ever since. It's in good condition, still in original packaging. Comes with loco and 3 carriages.
UK phone number: 0044 7929167491
Cheers,
Nick

Hello to everybody!Derek Walker wrote:I can scan it for you, do you want the whole catalogue scanned? PM me you email address.
I am a long time model railroad modeller and I always remember my Lima starter set given to me in the early 80's.
I currently am collecting Lima catalogues from old times and I see that you guys have one that I do not currently have and would be interested if you would be so kind to share it with me.
As a token of good faith, I share with you the link of the 1982 South African booklet for stores.

Do you, by any chance, have the Set numbers? I have not seen any of them before. WowDerek Walker wrote:I found this in a 1976 Christmas gift list catalogue

Peter, you're welcome to advertise something railway-related like this. While we don't want to turn this into a commercial forum and we certainly don't accept "spam" advertising, I believe this would be of interest to our members, so please go ahead. I'll let you know privately if we feel any legitimate boundaries have been crossed.
And welcome to the forum - I see this is your first post.
